Jordan + Colton ·A Vintage Farm Engagement Session in Purcell·

Hello dears!

Boy oh boy, I love this session.  I met Jordan through Revel Eight Salon and Spa, and her warm and friendly spirit instantly charmed me!  I was so delighted when she asked me to photograph her wedding, I could hardly stand it.  When we met to talk about her and Colton's engagement photos, we tossed around a few ideas for locations.  When her grandmother's farm in Purcell came up, Jordan instantly teared up and I knew we had just found the perfect location.  Jordan's special relationship with her grandmother was present throughout the session in the sweetest ways.  Several of the jewelry pieces that Jordan wore once belonged to her grandmother, and the hummingbird tattoo on her shoulder is in honor of her grandmother as well, as it was her favorite.  They also included a quilt that Colton's grandmother made, which was just as fun and vibrant as the two of them!  I just loved seeing how family oriented Jordan and Colton were, and I know that their wedding day will be full of sweet moments.     

(p.s. - How adorable are their two dogs??!!  I might have a partial bias towards dachshunds!)

Chelle + Eric ·A Vintage Styled Engagement Session in the Fields of Oklahoma·

Hello dears!​

​Chelle and Eric here are just about the sweetest couple ever.  They met back when they were just kids, and started dating their junior year of high school.  Yes, high school sweethearts, kids.  I don't know if there's anything I like more than a good ol' Oklahoma love story, and these two are the real deal.  

​When Chelle started pinning the cutest engagement inspirations on Pinterest, I knew I wanted to create something awesome for their photos.  After gathering up some of my props (and home decor), I put together some flower arrangements and headed off to the fields!  I love that Chelle included a quilt that was special to them, and I totally adored her idea to pop some bubbly during the session!  

​Aren't they just the most gorgeous pair of lovebirds you've ever seen?  I'm going totally bananas for this session!

There was just one little hiccup with this next pose.....​

​But we all got a good laugh out of it, and then they totally nailed the shot.

Sigh...I love my job.​

Tayler + JT ·Gettin' Lovey in the Paseo· OKC Engagements

Hello dears!​

These two lovebirds have such fun personalities, I knew instantly that we needed a vibrant setting for their engagement photos.  Add in the fact that they love to travel (which is reflected in their wedding theme) and you've got the perfect location: The Paseo.  I personally love that it has a slightly European feel to it, with tons of vibrant colors and architecture.  I brought along a few vintage suitcases to give it that extra special touch, and I absolutely love the way everything turned out!  ​

​Can't wait for your July wedding, Tayler and JT!  It's going to be a BLAST.

I couldn't help but snap a few portraits of Tayler while JT changed into his first outfit.  She's such a beauty.​
