Hello dears!

I first met Jennifer and Jerrod a few years ago when we took a trip to Mexico with mutual friends. I was immediately struck by how opposite their personalities were, and how it totally worked for them! Jennifer is a vibrant, out-going, and totally hilarious lady, while Jerrod is a little more on the reserved, "strong and silent" side. But no matter how different they are in some respects, they are both incredibly sweet, genuine, and loyal people. Dustyn and I met several new friends on that trip, and I'm so happy that Jennifer and Jerrod were among them!

When we talked about where they would like to take their engagements, Jennifer mentioned that they were building a home together in Piedmont, and their land could be a great spot. After she texted me some photos of their awesome fields and trees, I was chomping at the bit to shoot there! We scheduled the session around the sunset, and I was in absolute heaven with all the golden light and yummy fall foliage. Their natural chemistry really shines through in these photos, and I just love how relaxed they were with each other during the session.
